Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager for North America. You will serve as the trusted post-sales advisor, driving adoption and ensuring customer value across the Dragos Platform, WorldView threat intelligence, and Professional Services.

You will collaborate with sales, technical teams, and support to promote outcomes, manage account health, and expand relationships while embracing a remote-first, travel-as-needed model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or similar roles in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team.
• Ability to manage complex customer relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as post-sales primary contact for customers in the NA region.
• Develop a deep understanding of Dragos Platform, WorldView, and Professional Services capabilities.
• Drive onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Dragos solutions.
• Define success criteria with customers and help them achieve measurable outcomes.
• Own customer success plans and conduct regular business reviews.
• Manage churn risk and support expansion opportunities.
• Maintain SFDC and other systems with proactive notes.
• Collaborate with Sales, TAC, Professional Services, Intelligence, and Support.
