Job summary
Ryan is seeking the Director, Strategic Talent Business Partners – Technology to lead the People Group function in support of the technology organization. You will partner with senior technology leaders to design workforce plans, talent pipelines, and governance across compensation, immigration, and policy administration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required
- 8–10 years of progressively responsible HR management experience in domestic and international environments
- Significant experience supporting technology organizations
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders across software engineering, product, data and analytics, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other technical functions
Responsibilities
- Oversees employee relations and grievance investigations
- Manages immigration coordination with Legal and visa processes
- Develops workforce, talent, and leadership pipelines for technology
- Maintains strong communication and presentation skills with leadership
- Direct reports and performance management
