Realm Security is seeking a Director of Technical Alliances to lead the technology partner ecosystem, own the alliances strategy, and drive integrations and joint GTM across SIEM, data lakes, and cloud platforms.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment. Boston, MA preferred; remote candidates within the U.S. will be considered.

Formación

• 10–15 years in technology partnerships and alliances, with cybersecurity focus.
• Direct experience with SIEM or security data lake vendors.
• Proven record closing technology partnership agreements with measurable revenue.
• Technical knowledge of security operations data, log ingestion, CIM/OCSF, and SIEM licensing.
• Experience running co-sell and cloud marketplace programs (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud).

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve alliance strategy aligned to revenue and ecosystem goals.
• Build and manage relationships with SIEM vendors, data lakes, and cloud providers.
• Source, negotiate, and close technology partnership agreements with joint GTM.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to deliver certified integrations and marketplace listings.
• Build co-sell motions and joint pipeline reviews with partner teams.
• Develop joint solution briefs, reference architectures, and marketing assets.
• Enable Sales on partner positioning and value propositions.
• Define and track alliance KPIs for executive visibility.
• Lead and scale a high-performing alliances team.
