Job summary

Kiteworks seeks a Director of Technology Partnerships to lead strategic technology partnerships, define joint integrations, and drive ecosystem growth. You will partner with top tech companies to deliver co-developed solutions and align executive sponsorship to accelerate Kiteworks' ecosystem.

The role requires deep relationship management, technical fluency in API-based integrations and AI/ML flows, and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, or business development.
• 5+ years leading strategic technology partnerships at a Director or Sr. Director level.
• Experience with enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data protection partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Execute the partnership plan defined by the SVP for each assigned strategic technology partner.
• Operationalize joint partnership plans with milestones, deliverables, and metrics.
• Build multi-threaded relationships across partner organizations up to C-level sponsorship.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess health, progress, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead joint integrations and solutions with partner product management and engineering teams.
• Ensure integrations have clear architecture, roadmap alignment, and GA path.
• Collaborate on legal terms, financials, onboarding, and CRM hygiene.
