You will lead a cross-functional pod with engineering, design, data, and tax leadership, running agile ceremonies and aligning external vendor relationships while shaping the AI-powered transformation for tax within the Mercer platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end tax product roadmap, from discovery through delivery, covering the full client journey from document intake to filed return and tax planning.
• Lead a cross-functional pod daily with engineering, design, data, and tax leadership, running agile ceremonies and managing external vendor relationships.
• Shape the AI-powered tax transformation by setting direction for AI agents, driving rigorous evaluation of AI outputs, and integrating tax into the Mercer Advisors platform.
