Qualifications

- Proven track record delivering AI and digital solutions at scale.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, digital platforms, data architecture, and product design.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Expertise in agile delivery methods and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Shape the AI and digital product vision and prioritize initiatives.
- Own full product lifecycle from concept through execution.
- Develop and drive the AI and Data strategy with technical teams.
- Integrate AI, ML, automation into existing products and operations.
- Oversee data integration, governance, and compliance standards.
- Lead relationships with business leaders as primary liaison.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize solutions through feedback loops.
