Total Expert is seeking a Collaboration-focused Technical Account Management leader to scale Admin Copilot into a durable, recurring revenue stream. The role will drive expansion, optimize delivery, and productize services while ensuring technical excellence across platform integrations and data management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Technical Account Management teams in a SaaS environment.
• Track record of growing ARR and subscription-based services.
• Strong technical depth across platform configuration, integrations and data.
• Ability to productize services and manage a service catalog.

Responsibilities

• Grow Admin Copilot into a scaled subscription business.
• Drive expansion as a repeatable motion and surface accounts needing more blocks.
• Lead the conversion of legacy TAM work into paid, papered services.
• Partner with Finance, Sales and Professional Services on pricing, packaging, and ARR tracking.
• Expand the scope of Admin Copilot deliveries and move toward proactive optimization.
• Define the technical competency model and certify against it.
• Maintain delivery capacity planning and ensure consistent execution quality.
• Make realized value visible to support renewal, risk mitigation and expansion.
