Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of HR experience incl. talent management, performance management, training or organizational development.
• 3+ years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent management initiatives, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Lead performance management processes and employee engagement strategies.
• Develop and manage onboarding and organizational development programs.
• Collaborate with HRIS team to translate data into actionable insights.
• Partner with leadership to identify training needs and measure training effectiveness.
• Issue governance for talent pathways and organizational development interventions.
