Job summary

The National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. seeks a Director of Talent Management to lead learning and development, recruiting and onboarding, and leadership development initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with senior leaders to design, implement, and measure talent programs, establish a culture of continuous learning, and build strong pipelines for succession and growth.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, organizational development, or related HR function.
• Five years in a supervisory role.
• Five years of recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Certifications such as CPTD or CPTM preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing learning, employee development, and talent programs that foster engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development strategy and design content for the Professional Growth Program (PGP).
• Design and manage career development programs promoting professional growth.
• Design employee experience initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
• Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Develop and support recruiting and onboarding strategies and experiences.
• Oversee LMS implementation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with leaders to develop succession planning and talent pipelines.
