Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a Director of Talent Development and Organizational Development to lead and optimize our Talent Development functions for the health system. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area; Master's degree preferred.
• 6 years of progressive HR experience, health system/academic medical center experience preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the talent and organizational development strategy including succession planning and key talent development.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to assess learning and leadership development needs and solutions for programs.
• Provide guidance to enterprise advisory partners and coach HR leaders to align with strategic objectives.
• Consult with business leaders to identify and develop organizational capabilities and leadership pipelines.
• Design and oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and program delivery for Talent Development.
