Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to serve as an internal consultant to leaders and stakeholders, effectively leading all aspects of the recruiting process for DUHS Nursing & Patient Care Services.

You will build employment branding, maintain pipelines, and drive diversity initiatives while delivering timely recruiting results in a fast-paced environment. Travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or related industry is a plus.
• Experience using ATS and social media for recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, recruiting, and selecting for DUHS Nursing & Patient Care Services.
• Build and foster an employment brand to attract talent in the region.
• Maintain candidate slates and pipelines; build talent communities.
• Provide guidance to leaders and stakeholders on recruiting strategy and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance and diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts.
