Headway is transforming how mental healthcare teams scale by building campus recruiting and talent intelligence from the ground up. The Director of Talent Intelligence and Early Careers Recruiting will own two pillars—campus recruiting and talent intelligence—and lead a team to deliver hires across the business.

Formación

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent leading campus, sourcing, or talent pipeline functions at a high-growth company.
• Demonstrated experience hiring across technical and business functions—engineering, data, product, sales, operations, G&A.
• Track record of building teams and programs from scratch, not just inheriting them.
• Strong analytical orientation; uses data to set strategy, measure outcomes, and justify investments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own Headway's campus recruiting strategy end-to-end: target school selection, event programming, offer positioning, and conversion.
• Build and manage relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations across technical and business disciplines.
• Own the full event strategy—from info sessions and career fairs to hackathons and diversity-focused programming—and assess ROI.
• Lead the internship program end-to-end: hiring, scoping, onboarding, programming, performance evaluation, and return offers.
• Partner with HR and Recruiting Programs on infrastructure to convert campus hires into long-term Headwegians.
• Own a defined number of hires through the team's channels and ensure capacity planning aligns with business needs.
