Headway is hiring a Technical Recruiter to run our campus recruiting program as we grow the engineering teams powering our next stage of growth. You'll own the day-to-day execution of our university presence — from event programming to offer close — and serve as Headway's primary face to campus talent across technical disciplines.

As a member of the Engineering Recruiting team, you'll partner with hiring managers and the broader TA team to drive predictable hiring outcomes in a high-growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including campus/university recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Drive campus recruiting execution end-to-end: manage events, pipelines, offers and conversion.
• Lead summer internship program: hiring, project scoping with managers, onboarding, evaluations.
• Build relationships with universities, career centers and student organizations.
• Run campus event programming: info sessions, career fairs, hackathons, diversity events.
• Partner with HR and Recruiting Programs on infrastructure like return offers and start-date conversion.
• Support full-cycle searches for new grad and intern roles with strategic closing motions.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to accelerate progress.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive process and a strong candidate experience.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through every step.
