SiTime Corp. in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead a world-class recruiting organization that hires top technical talent at pace.

You will own TA strategy end-to-end, partner with Engineering, Sales and G&A, and run executive searches for VP and C-level roles, while shaping the employer brand and global hiring programs. This is a builder role with a strong data-driven approach and a focus on scaling to $1B in revenue.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
• Experience building TA org during hypergrowth and scaling hiring volume 2x+ while raising quality.
• Deep experience recruiting senior engineering talent and VP/C-level searches.
• Credibility with C-suite and engineering leaders; strong judgment.
• Public-company experience with headcount planning and board-level reporting.
• Fluency with modern TA tech, data, and AI-enabled recruiting.
• Experience hiring across multiple geographies and visa processes.
• Builder's bias for action and ability to develop recruiting talent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a scalable TA function aligned with growth plans.
• Hire and develop recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
• Lead hiring for hard-to-fill technical roles across MEMS, analog and mixed-signal design, clocking and timing ICs, verification, firmware, systems, and software engineering.
• Own executive leadership recruiting including VP and C-level.
• Create proactive pipelines and talent maps across semiconductor and adjacent tech.
• Shape differentiated employer brand.
• Deliver executive dashboards and real-time hiring data.
• Collaborate with HR on immigration and offers.
