SiTime is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead a world-class recruiting organization. You will own TA strategy end to end, partner with Engineering and G&A leadership, and drive executive recruitment while scaling for rapid growth.

You will oversee a modern TA function, develop talent, and create proactive pipelines with a focus on MEMS and semiconductor talent, aiming to support SiTime’s journey toward $1B revenue and global footprint.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in talent acquisition, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams at a high-growth technology company.
• Track record rebuilding or building a TA organization during hypergrowth, expanding hiring volume while maintaining quality.
• Deep experience recruiting senior engineering talent and VP/C-level searches; semiconductor/hardware experience preferred.
• Credibility with C-suite and engineering leaders, with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Public-company experience including headcount planning against financial targets and board-level reporting.
• Fluency with modern TA technology, data, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Experience hiring across multiple geographies and managing visa/immigration processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Design and stand up a scalable TA function, including team structure, recruiter-to-hire ratios, sourcing, coordination, and recruiting operations.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
• Lead hiring for hard-to-fill technical roles across MEMS, analog and mixed-signal design, and software engineering.
• Build proactive pipelines and talent maps of top semiconductor and adjacent tech talent.
• Shape a differentiated employer brand to attract top engineers and business leaders.
• Create a Global University Talent Program to acquire key new generation talent.
