Prudential Financial is seeking a strategic VP, Wealth Management Recruiting to drive advisor acquisition and growth across a dispersed region. You will lead a team of Regional Recruiters, shape operating models, and partner with senior leadership to deliver measurable results and strong ROI.

The role requires deep experience in wealth management recruiting, strategic initiatives, and the ability to influence across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in wealth management, advisor recruiting, business development, or related growth-focused functions.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable growth and performance outcomes.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic growth initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience partnering with and advising senior executives and field leadership.
• Inclusive leadership across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to travel regularly across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own regional recruiting results including revenue, AUM, advisor headcount growth, and strategic acquisition outcomes.
• Partner with Territory and field leadership to develop and execute advisor acquisition strategies.
• Lead identification, prioritization, and execution of complex growth initiatives such as team acquisitions and mergers.
• Provide executive-level market intelligence to inform recruiting strategy and investments.
• Build and lead a high-performing recruiting organization with clear accountability.
• Foster a culture of execution, collaboration, and results across teams and partners.
• Ensure resources and talent strategies align with enterprise growth priorities.
• Establish and govern the regional operating model with metrics and governance.
• Drive adoption of centralized sourcing and strategic partnerships.
• Leverage data and analytics to improve recruiting outcomes and ROI.
• Monitor recruiting effectiveness and adjust actions to meet growth objectives.
