Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the enterprise‑wide strategy for end‑to‑end supply chain performance management and reliability. You will connect performance insights to reliability outcomes and foster a proactive, data‑driven culture.

You will design standardized frameworks, scorecards, KPI definitions, and governance, while leading a high‑performing team and leveraging OPM for real‑time visibility. Expect maritime travel and on‑site collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise performance management systems.
  • Strong understanding of reliability, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience driving large-scale digital transformations and change management.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for end-to-end supply chain performance management and reliability.
  • Establish a vision connecting performance insights to reliability outcomes and drive a proactive, data-driven culture.
  • Design and deploy standardized performance management frameworks, enterprise scorecards, KPI definitions, and tiered review processes.
  • Ensure alignment and transparency from executive-level performance through site operations.
  • Develop and embed reliability frameworks to identify recurring, systemic, and high-impact supply chain issues.
  • Lead prioritization and governance of reliability initiatives to achieve measurable performance impact.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain performance management and reliability team.
  • Define team roles, priorities, and development pathways while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee digital tools and platforms such as OPM for real-time performance visibility and insights.
  • Drive automation of metrics, targets, and commentary using advanced analytics and AI.
  • Partner across supply chain and adjacent functions to align performance standards and improvements.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to drive accountability and standardized ways of working.
  • Establish methodologies for detecting performance risks and systemic issues.
  • Lead cross-functional deep dives and facilitate resolution of complex service, quality, and cost challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance insights and reliability-focused initiatives.
  • Integrate standard methodologies into performance routines and processes.
  • Lead organizational change to embed performance management as a core capability.
  • Develop training, playbooks, and communications to drive adoption of new ways of working.

Requirements


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management

  • Demonstrated business process ownership with deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Delivery, and/or Procurement

  • Proven experience leading enterprise performance management systems and governance frameworks

  • Strong understanding of supply chain reliability, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Demonstrated experience driving large-scale digital transformations, embedding new capabilities, and leading change management initiatives

  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to align senior stakeholders across complex organizations

  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, talent development, performance management, and succession planning

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience translating data into strategic actions

  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days each week

  • Up to 15% domestic and/or international travel may be required

  • Advanced degree or field of study in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred
