Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a results-driven Supply Chain Operations Analyst to own execution across order-to-cash metrics, monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Customer teams to align on supply and demand, support forecasting, and drive continuous improvement through dashboards, reports, and scorecards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations
• Strong analytical capability and ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to execute against KPIs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to operate with discipline and accountability
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and supply chain systems
• Ability to interpret dashboards and operational data to identify risks and trends

Responsibilities

• Own execution of customer supply chain performance across order-to-cash, including service, inventory, and compliance metrics
• Monitor KPIs including order fill, OTIF, inventory health, and on-shelf availability
• Identify and escalate risks related to supply, service, and operational performance
• Ensure adherence to standard processes, controls, and customer requirements
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Translate data into actionable insights to support decision making
• Support development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and scorecards
• Lead root-cause problem solving for service failures, fines, and execution issues
• Execute action plans to close performance gaps
• Support implementation of scalable process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Customer teams to align on supply and demand execution
• Support forecasting, promotion planning, and portfolio changes with data and execution insights
• Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day coordination
• Support joint business planning and execution activities
• Lead or support defined projects to improve operational performance and efficiency
• Support testing and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes
• Build expertise in customer supply chain requirements and Clorox operational processes
