Job summary

HomeFront Brands, based in Huntersville, NC, is seeking a Director of Procurement/Supply Chain to shape the strategy and performance of the supply chain across a multi-brand platform. You will build scalable procurement, inventory, and supplier-management capabilities that improve franchisee economics, service levels, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, finance, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, distribution, or operations with leadership responsibility.
• Deep category knowledge of kitchen and bath remodeling materials and installation products.
• Sourcing experience in exterior fencing systems and components for residential markets.
• Established relationships with manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, fabricators, and installers in residential construction.
• Experience negotiating complex supplier agreements and improving cost, rebates, lead times, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise supply chain roadmap aligned with platform growth, brand priorities, and franchisee needs.
• Lead category strategies, competitive bids, negotiations, contracting, and supplier consolidation.
• Create programs delivering savings, reliable availability, and simplified ordering for franchises.
• Establish preferred-supplier programs, governance, scorecards, SLAs, and supplier reviews.
• Improve forecasting, replenishment, inventory visibility, and seasonal capacity planning with brands and franchisees.
• Evaluate and optimize distribution models, freight, lead times, and last-mile support across the network.
• Build spend analytics, dashboards, catalogs, and purchasing workflows; integrate ERP/POS data.
• Identify supply, regulatory, geographic, and single-source risks; maintain contingency plans.
• Lead a high-performing supply chain team and oversee external providers.
