FPC Franchise seeks a Director of Supply Chain to set strategy and lead procurement, supplier management, and material planning for mission-critical programs in the Raleigh area.

The role requires a strong background in supply chain leadership, international sourcing, and experience navigating government contracting rules (FAR/DFAR). The successful candidate will drive change and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (MBA preferred).
• 10–12 years of supply chain experience, with at least 7 years in leadership.
• Familiarity with government contracting rules (FAR/DFAR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and vision for the supply chain organization, overseeing procurement, supplier management, and material planning for a key business area.
• Lead complex international sourcing, including RFX development, supplier qualification, and contract negotiation.
• Drive change management and align the team with evolving business demands.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting rules (FAR/DFAR) where applicable.
