The Director will oversee end-to-end lifecycle management, from forecasting and PO creation to logistics and final receipt, ensuring supply chain resilience across international partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of international purchasing and global supply chain management experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership experience managing procurement or planning professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and elevate the Buyer/Planner team, establishing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Govern PO entry, WIP tracking, and inventory receipts across international factory networks.
• Oversee vendor invoice processing and audit workflows to ensure on-time payment terms.
• Manage the full order lifecycle—from demand forecasting and PO creation to logistics tracking and final warehouse receipt.
• Coordinate weekly PO distribution across vendor networks to optimize capacity and forecast alignment.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to assess vendor performance and implement contingency strategies.
