Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, finance, human resources, engineering or related area.
• 7 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams in supply chain, business administration, finance, human resources, engineering or related area.
• Inbound Exception processing, Merchandising operations, Store Operations, Supplier and compliance-based fields, Supplier partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier compliance efforts, managing certificate of insurance renewals and tracking to ensure full adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communications and mitigate risks related to supplier agreements.
• Oversee implementation and execution of new tools to enhance performance and supplier onboarding.
• Direct negotiation strategies for supplier agreements, focusing on payment terms, claims, and allowances to drive value.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure negotiation and compliance success.
• Mentor and guide suppliers to achieve business objectives and continuous process improvements.
