Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field.
• 7 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 9 years’ experience.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead CHW’s multi-year sourcing strategy portfolio aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Drive transformation, value realization, and governance across CHW initiatives.
• Shape decision-ready recommendations for senior leaders using internal data and external signals.
• Build and scale advanced network models and a resilient global supplier network.
