Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with 8 years in project/program management or related area.
- Option 2: 10 years’ experience in project/program management or related area with 5 years’ supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Set strategy for scalable site operations, roadmaps for tools, insights, automation, and processes to deliver faster customer experiences at scale.
- Advise Site Merchandising strategy with enterprise-wide view on performance, health, priorities, capabilities and opportunities.
- Lead a team to monitor site and business performance and translate insights into actions to improve customer experience and outcomes.
- Own the operational partnership across Product, Technology, and UX, aligning priorities and requirements for operational scale.
- Lead site tooling and platform work across CX Tools, DGF, PRISM, Homepage, and Smart Creative; ensure adoption and readiness.
- Drive continuous-improvement to simplify the operating model, workflows, and tools.
