Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Director, Supplier To Serve to lead strategic supplier initiatives and drive operational excellence across the supply chain in Bentonville, AR.

You will guide governance, transform processes, and manage data-driven strategies to improve supplier performance and service delivery. You will champion transformational leadership, collaborate across functions, and align supplier actions with organizational goals, customer needs, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related area (Option 1).
• 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, information technology, or related area (Option 2).
• 1 year's supervisory experience.
