Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Bentonville, AR is seeking a leader to design, develop and run Walmart's Supplier Risk Management program for Goods for Resale (GFR). You will integrate Surety capabilities and mature risk processes across Sourcing and Procurement.

You will partner with GNFR TPRM, build scalable governance, and deliver executive reporting, risk assessments, and dashboards to enable proactive mitigation of supplier risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (minimum).
• Master's degree preferred in Business/Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and maturation of Surety capabilities within the Supplier Risk Management framework.
• Define program strategy, governance, standards, methodologies, and operating models.
• Develop risk assessment methodologies and supporting processes to identify, evaluate, prioritize and mitigate supplier risks.
• Facilitate governance forums and risk reviews to support informed decision making.
• Prepare executive communications, presentations, and reporting materials related to supplier risk initiatives.
• Support technology enablement efforts and process automation.
