Master’s degree with at least three years of assessment research experience.
2+ years experience in learning evaluation and program assessment.

Knowledge of data management, analysis and result presentation technologies.

Responsibilities

Manages all Division assessment initiatives and supports strategic planning and accreditation efforts.
2. Leads design, implementation and interpretation of assessment projects for student development and outcomes.
3. Provides guidance on instrument design, sampling, data analysis and reporting; trains staff in best practices.
4. Oversees annual reporting and the Division’s strategic planning cycle.
