Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Higher Education, Educational Research, Assessment, Institutional Effectiveness, or a related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in higher education leadership.
• Minimum of five (5) years leading or managing assessment initiatives and accreditation processes in higher education.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of working with faculty to promote teaching best practices and improve educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the university’s assessment and institutional effectiveness efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic planning.
• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive assessment processes and systems related to student learning outcomes.
• Oversee assessment data systems, tools, and data governance for data integrity and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus stakeholders to design assessment plans and document follow-up on findings.
• Develop and maintain institutional policies and standards for assessment and effectiveness.
• Support accreditation and regulatory activities by coordinating collection and reporting of assessment evidence.
