• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
• Experience owning defined portions of projects, including deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, stakeholder inputs, and quality review cycles.
• Ability to structure problem statements, interpret information, and turn findings into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams or projects with oversight, managing deliverables, timelines, risks, and next steps.
• Break down complex challenges with structured questions and data.
• Design practical solutions including governance, roles, and decision rights aligned to client strategy.
• Build trust with clients through active listening, clear preparation, and well-documented input.
• Support change enablement with impactful communications, training, and tools to apply new skills.
• Create slides, agendas, and updates, facilitate meetings, and synthesize discussions into decisions.
• Leverage AI to improve research, analysis, synthesis, and content delivery while protecting client information.
• Understand Omlie services, client industries, and market context to assess impacts of emerging technologies.
• Support relationship development by clearly telling the Omlie story and maintaining client relationships.
• Contribute to a strong team environment by sharing knowledge and mentoring teammates.
