• Experience owning defined portions of projects, including deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, stakeholder inputs, and quality review cycles.
• Ability to structure problem statements, interpret information, and turn findings into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams or projects with oversight, managing deliverables, timelines, risks, and next steps.
• Break down complex challenges with structured questions and data.
• Design practical solutions including governance, roles, and decision rights aligned to client strategy.
• Build trust with clients through active listening, clear preparation, and well-documented input.
• Support change enablement with impactful communications, training, and tools to apply new skills.
• Create slides, agendas, and updates, facilitate meetings, and synthesize discussions into decisions.
• Leverage AI to improve research, analysis, synthesis, and content delivery while protecting client information.
• Understand Omlie services, client industries, and market context to assess impacts of emerging technologies.
• Support relationship development by clearly telling the Omlie story and maintaining client relationships.
• Contribute to a strong team environment by sharing knowledge and mentoring teammates.

What you’ll do

• Lead large, visible workstreams or smaller projects withappropriate oversight, managing deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, resources, and next steps.

• Break down complex challenges by asking clear, structured questions, using the data you have, and turning what you learn into early, testable recommendations.

• Support practical solution design, including structures, roles, governance, decision rights, and ways ofworking thatalign to client strategy.

• Build trust with direct clientsbylistening actively, preparing well, adapting communication to the audience, documenting stakeholder input, surfacing concerns early, and following through on commitments.

• Support change andenablementwork by drafting impact assessments, clear communications, training, and tools that help people understand and apply new skills and ways of working.

• Create clear slides, agendas, status updates, and other meeting materials, helpfacilitatemeetings or workshops with support, and synthesize discussions into decisions and next steps.

• Use AI fluently and responsibly to improve research, analysis, synthesis, content development, and delivery efficiency whilevalidatingoutputs and protecting client information.

• UnderstandOmlieservices, client industries, market context, and business drivers; actively learn how emerging technologies and current events affect clients and their teams.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in management consulting or a relevant industry role.

• Experience owning defined portions of consulting projects, including deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, stakeholderinputs, and quality review cycles.

• Ability to structure problem statements, organize and interpret information, and turn findings into practical recommendations and solutions.

• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Comfort working with clients, vendors, and teammates in fast-moving environments.

• To be considered, you must meet the mandatory requirement of sales experience.

• Strong project management fundamentals and fluency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and responsible AI-enabled ways of working.
