Job summary

MGT, a premier management consulting firm, is seeking an Associate to lead small teams of Analysts in research and analysis that define strategic recommendations. You'll work closely with Engagement Managers to guide projects across Organization Transformation, Private Equity Due Diligence, and Market Assessments.

There is no single background required; candidates typically hold an advanced degree and have 3+ years in consulting or related fields.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred but not required; undergraduate degree required.
• Excellent academic record and GPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• 3+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting or similar fields.
• Ability to think independently and collaborate with teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ambition and leadership in academics or professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams of Analysts in research and analysis to define strategic recommendations.
• Engage with Engagement Managers to guide projects like Organization Transformation, PE due diligence, and market work.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and implement creative solutions.
