You will collaborate with Engagement Managers to guide projects across Organization Transformation, Private Equity Due Diligence, and Market Research, while engaging directly with clients to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, MPA, etc.) preferred, but not required; undergraduate degree required
Excellent academic record and GPA
3+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting, think tanks, startups, or similar environments
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Lead small teams of Analysts in research and analysis that define strategic recommendations
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and implement original, creative solutions
Work with Engagement Managers to guide teams through projects such as Organization Transformation, Private Equity Due Diligence, Strategic Development/Implementation, Market Research & Assessments
Manage diverse internal initiatives and project planning
