Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director to lead Strategy and Execution in Restructuring, working with CEOs and Boards to optimize liquidity, cash flow, and shareholder value. You will coordinate capital options, assist in distressed asset activities, restructurings, and risk management across complex engagements.

The role emphasizes making data-driven decisions, client leadership, and collaboration across EY-Parthenon sub service lines in a hybrid U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience or graduate degree with ~3 years of experience.
• Experience with interacting with C-suite and senior management to assess liquidity, cash flow needs, and financial challenges.
• Experience in building robust financial models to guide strategic decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate capital options and maximize transaction value for clients.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reviews of client operations and cash flow.
• Support liquidation, restructuring, or turnaround efforts and advise on risk management.
