Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the US is seeking a Director to lead Strategy and Execution Restructuring, evaluating capital options, guiding distressed assets, and driving liquidity improvements with client leaders. You will prepare financial analyses and oversee restructuring initiatives across engagements.

The role requires strong financial modeling, strategic advisory, and proven client-facing experience, with travel as needed in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience interacting with client c-suite and senior management teams to understand and evaluate key business issues.
• Experience identifying data to prepare detailed complex financial analyses, including 13-week cash flow models.
• Experience developing financial and operational strategies to effect a financial turnaround.
• Strong financial modeling skills with robust and flexible models.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Help clients evaluate capital options and maximize transaction value.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reviews of clients’ operations and attend legal proceedings.
• Engage in judicial management and support liquidation processes; advise on risk management.
• Restructuring a business and improving liquidity, credit availability, and shareholder return.
