EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director in its Strategy and Execution Restructuring practice. You will help clients evaluate capital options, capture value in transactions, and advise on liquidity and turnaround strategies while leading teams and working with senior executives.

The role requires strong financial modeling, client leadership, and the ability to travel as needed. EY-Parthenon offers a hybrid work model with diverse, inclusive culture and global resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years experience.
• Experience interacting with client c-suite and senior management teams.
• Experience developing financial/operational strategies to turnaround liquidity.
• Strong financial modeling skills with robust, flexible models.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• As a Director, evaluate capital options, capture transaction value and guide strategic objectives for distressed assets or restructurings.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reviews, attend legal proceedings and advise on risk management.
• Lead project teams and coach colleagues to achieve career goals; build relationships with senior clients.
