Elevance Health is seeking a Strategy & Program Development Director to lead engagement initiatives, workforce development, and organizational change strategies across multiple locations. The role emphasizes partnering with HR and business leaders to align priorities, drive cross-functional collaboration, and translate executive priorities into measurable programs.

The position requires a BA/BS and at least 10 years of related experience with 5 years in leadership, preferably within healthcare

Formación

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; includes 5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong experience in healthcare or regulated organizations is preferred.
• Formal training in change management or program management is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an associate engagement plan aligned with business priorities, workforce needs, and culture.
• Lead associate listening programs; synthesize feedback and coordinate action plans with leaders and HR.
• Oversee recognition programs that reinforce desired behaviors and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with HR and leaders on career pathways, internal mobility, and talent priorities.
• Translate executive priorities into coordinated engagement initiatives with clear owners and milestones.
• Establish readiness and adoption plans for organizational changes, including leader preparation and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate execution of leadership-sponsored programs and forums, ensuring action on decisions.
