Formación

• BA/BS degree in a related field with 10+ years of related experience and 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in healthcare or a regulated organization is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee an associate engagement plan aligned with business priorities and culture.
• Lead listening programs, synthesize feedback, and coordinate action plans with leaders and HR.
• Oversee recognition programs to reinforce desired behaviors and collaboration.
• Partner with HR on career pathways, internal mobility, and talent priorities.
• Translate executive priorities into coordinated engagement initiatives with owners and milestones.
• Establish readiness and adoption plans for organizational changes.
