Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a related field.
10+ years of related experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement an associate engagement plan aligned with priorities.
Lead associate listening programs and synthesize feedback with leaders and HR.
Oversee recognition programs to reinforce desired behaviors and collaboration.
Collaborate with HR on career pathways, internal mobility, and talent priorities.
Translate executive priorities into coordinated engagement initiatives with owners and milestones.
Plan readiness and adoption for organizational changes and leader readiness.
