Qualifications

• BS in nursing or related clinical area with minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Experience in program development, marketing and clinical practice is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales process by presenting programs and advising on programmatic changes.
• Partner with stakeholders to design condition-specific strategies and care solutions.
• Engage with providers to strengthen COE networks for solutions.
• Build relationships with regional care management groups to improve interfaces.
• Serve as SME and trainer on care management operational issues.
