Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Decision Sciences, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences organizations.
• 6+ years in portfolio management, strategic planning, finance, or decision analysis.
• Experience with stage-gate reviews and strategic investment decisions.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and product development.
• Expertise in business case development and financial modeling (NPV).
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate development strategies and investment alternatives.
• Support stage-gate reviews through assessments of program value and risk.
• Provide actionable recommendations for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Lead development and assessment of program business cases and portfolio value.
