Metric DCX is seeking a Director, Strategic Workforce Planning in the United States. You will own workforce planning across Critical Infrastructure, building labour models for bids, and driving analytics used by the COO and leadership.
The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and accountability across sites, with remote work and regular travel, Dallas preferred. This is a high-visibility seat designed to scale the business as Critical Infrastructure grows and bids expand.
Metric DCX has been exclusively engaged by the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm to appoint a Director, Strategic Workforce Planning within its Critical Infrastructure business.
Critical Infrastructure is the firm’s number one priority, and it is set to grow 4X over the next year.
The business installs, maintains and manages data centers for the world’s largest hyperscalers, backed by a global platform of over 150,000 people and relationships across every major operator.
At this pace, workforce planning decides whether you win and keep the work. Site dates move, labour curves shift, and the business has to scale up and down across multiple hyperscale programmes without missing a beat. This role exists to get ahead of that.
You’ll sit within the COO’s function and own workforce planning across the entire business, regionally rather than client by client. You’ll build the labour models that go into bids, plan headcount against a moving pipeline, and drive the workforce analytics and reporting the leadership team runs on. You’ll also hold site leaders accountable for the data you need, when you need it.
This is not a talent acquisition role. To be considered, you’ll need to have owned workforce or labor planning in a data center, critical infrastructure, construction or trade contracting business, including building the labor model for competitive bids.
It’s a dedicated, highly visible seat with room to build something big and grow into one of the most senior people roles in the business.
Remote with regular travel, Dallas preferred. Competitive base plus a strong bonus.
