Responsibilities

• Defines and drives workforce planning strategies aligning with CHRISTUS business strategy and mission.
• Leads the organization in development and execution of multi-year workforce strategy using demand forecasting to meet business needs.
• Develops data-driven initiatives and dashboards to report short-, mid-, and long-term metrics to senior leadership.
• Oversees workforce planning modeling tools, metrics, analysis, dashboards, and data visualizations to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify gaps between current and projected workforce needs and create recruiting strategies.
• Manages change initiatives to support workforce planning goals and projects and drives organizational design and staffing analytics.
