• Prepares initial and final documentation for delivery to customers and stakeholders.
• Develops project plans, timelines and presentations to document goals and deadlines.
• Coordinates with health plan leadership and cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Facilitates communication across medical management, operations, IT, finance and governance.
