GC AI is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Technology Partnerships to drive partnerships that expand GC AI across in-house legal teams. You will define the partner strategy for foundational, growth, scale, and optimization phases, recruit top platform partners, and build scalable integration ecosystems with strong security and GTM alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology partnerships, ecosystem, business development, or channel in B2B SaaS.
• Proven 0-to-1 program building experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology partner strategy and roadmap.
• Design and launch the Technology Partner Program.
• Build the integration evaluation and prioritisation framework.
• Create partner lifecycle processes from recruitment to sunset.
• Drive partner reporting through our PRM with ROI dashboards.
• Develop partner enablement materials and certification content.
• Recruit by targeting strategic platform partners across categories.
• Build inbound partner motion and a long-tail scaled motion.
• Negotiate partnership agreements including security and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Engineering on integration roadmap ownership.
