Job summary

Great Gray is seeking a Director, Strategic Implementations to lead complex customer deployments of our SaaS platform from scoping through delivery.

You will own project plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure adherence to the SOW while driving efficiency and quality in a fast-growing environment. Boston hybrid work, with travel as needed, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a relevant field
• 10+ years owning complex, cross-functional customer delivery or implementations
• 5+ years managing complex SaaS technology implementations
• Experience building bespoke solutions on top of SaaS technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate, influence and gain consensus
• Technical literacy to read and challenge specification documents
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customer commitments
• Interest in people leadership and entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations, primary customer contact
• Scoping requirements and establishing detailed project plans with status updates
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Technology, Marketing and Onboarding teams
• Drive on-time delivery and manage risks to protect customer commitments
• Review and challenge customer specifications to ensure deliverability
• Report on key performance metrics and risks for implementations
• Lead implementation communications with internal teams and external customers
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and repeatable best practices
• Travel as needed to support customer commitments
• Complete other related duties as assigned
