Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a senior leader to own the delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations, overseeing program execution, resource planning, and customer outcomes.

You will build and scale a Professional Services team, recruit and develop talent, forecast demand, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Product Management, with travel up to 25% and a four-day onsite work week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise SaaS implementation and executive stakeholder management.
• 7+ years of experience in managing Implementation or Professional Services teams.
• Experience building and scaling a professional services implementation business with accountability for financial targets, project monitoring, resource management and KPIs.
• Ability to be in office 4 days a week and travel up to 25% to meet and work onsite with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations, overseeing resource management, project delivery, and operational success metrics.
• Work with Head of Customer Delivery to create service offerings aligned to enterprise and commercial market segments, including scope, collateral, and pricing.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a world-class Professional Services team capable of delivering large engagements.
• Forecast and manage the Professional Services team to match growth produced by sales and ensure staffing for new opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of industry practices and technology for integration in accounting, tax, and legal domains.
• Communicate product enhancements to Product Management based on customer feedback.
• Build positive executive relationships with customers.
