Position: Director of Strategic Partnerships

As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying new strategic partnerships within the payroll, payments, and ISV ecosystems (e.g., CPAs, Financial Institutions, Brokers) and managing the negotiation process for partner agreements. You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of current and future products to help scope potential partnerships, negotiate contracts, develop and nurture relationships with external partners, assist in deployment, and promote growth across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting new partners and managing a healthy pipeline.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas.
  • Represent the company at trade shows.
  • Conduct C-level presentations.
  • Proficient in contract strategy, finance, and legal aspects.
  • Maintain partner interaction records and process new partner account documents.
  • Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
  • Build and sustain partner relationships, both internal and external.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of product solutions and conduct complete demonstrations within 60 days of hire.
  • Participate in training and educational activities to meet departmental goals.
  • Practice and comply with all safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
  • Adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies, including HIPAA where applicable.
  • Perform related projects and duties as assigned.
