Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation in East Hanover, NJ seeks a Director of Forecasting to own strategic demand forecasts for inline brands and lifecycle opportunities. You will collaborate across therapeutic areas and functions to prioritize investments and shape strategic direction, reporting to the Executive Director of Forecasting CoE within the I&A organization.

Formación

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting or data analytics experience.
• Experience in Immunology or Specialty Disease preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and explain uncertainty.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; financial modelling exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Build realistic, transparent, assumption-driven demand forecasts.
• Challenge assumptions and apply forecasting methodologies to support the brand strategy.
• Prepare robust forecast assumptions leveraging expertise and research from IA teams.
• Ensure value assessments address market dynamics and internal events.
• Support launch prep and post-launch tracking with short-term revenue forecasts.
• Deliver analytics to drive informed decisions and develop models for questions.
• Develop new analytics models and automate routine measurements.
• Perform ad-hoc queries for leadership; be an internal forecasting expert.
• Maintain high-quality, timely forecasting analytic service delivery.
