Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex analytics in pharma/biotech.
• Experience developing forecast models and scenario analyses.
• Led cross-functional, matrixed teams with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Determine forecast modeling approaches, tools, and techniques for assets/indications.
• Collaborate with Marketing Engagement, Market Research, Data Science, Payer Analytics to build insights strategies.
• Develop and deliver forecasts and insights for enterprise forecasting processes with US/India teams.
• Support understanding of performance against forecast and driving drivers.
• Align inputs/outputs with Finance and business stakeholders for each cycle.
• Bring forecasting capabilities to address business strategy and decisions.
• Partner in a large matrixed organization to operate as One Team.
• Communicate forecasting process, inputs, insights, and topics clearly to stakeholders.
• Enable interconnected problem solving with DHH and business colleagues.
• Be a thought leader and strategic partner through trust-based relationships.
• Understand stakeholder priorities and develop forecasting-related solutions with commercial insights teams.
• Travel may be required (<20%).
