Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is seeking an Associate Director in East Hanover, NJ to lead I&A Excellence demand management. The role focuses on intake, tracking, aggregation, and reporting to enable prioritization and informed decisions across Pillars and capabilities.

You will maintain operating model artifacts and dashboards, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure reliable execution and timely follow-through. Occasional domestic/international travel is required.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in insights, analytics, business operations, program management, strategy, or management consulting within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience operating demand management, intake, project portfolio, or prioritization processes across multiple teams or functions.
• Experience documenting and maintaining operating model materials, process maps, and RACI / accountability frameworks in a matrixed environment.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing materials for leadership forums.
• Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards and reporting to track service levels, throughput, and delivery performance.

Responsabilidades

• Supports enterprise-wide scope spanning all I&A pillars, typically with primary responsibility for assigned pillars or process areas.
• Manages day-to-day I&A demand management – intake, tracking, aggregation, and status reporting per Dir, I&A Excellence.
• Maintains artifacts of the I&A operating model: process docs, contracts, interface definitions, and RACI frameworks.
• Builds credibility and influence with pillar teams through reliable execution and cross-functional collaboration.
